Mat. Cover - Design Manager – s, Sweaters, Graphic Tees & Leggings

We are seeking a Design Manager to temporarily cover maternity leave for the Basics, Sweaters, Graphic Tees, and Leggings categories. The role requires someone with a strong background in basic product families, capable of creating a cohesive and relevant basic collection while identifying new qualities, fabrics, and shapes to evolve the range. Minimum 4 months cover, with potential extension.

• Develop and manage the Basics collection, ensuring it stays relevant and competitive.
• Identify new shapes, qualities, and fabrics to anticipate future product needs.
• Continuously test and update products to replace declining items proactively.
• Work closely with Buying, Planning, and Design teams to ensure full alignment.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and strong attention to detail across the range.

• Experience in basic product design (e.g., sweaters, leggings, graphic tees).
• Excellent understanding of fabrics, fits, and garment construction.
• Strong analytical mindset to anticipate market movements and adapt collections.
• High attention to detail and passion for quality and functionality.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative working style.
• Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus).
