We are looking for a Group Controller & Treasury Manager to lead our Finance operations and ensure the smooth running of all controlling and treasury activities at group level. This is a key, hands‑on leadership role that combines financial control, cash management, and business partnering. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and business‑minded finance professional with strong treasury knowledge and proven experience managing a small finance team in an international retail environment.

• Oversee all financial controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Lead treasury operations, ensuring effective cash flow management, liquidity planning, and bank relationships.
• Prepare consolidated group financial statements and monthly reporting packages.
• Monitor KPIs and support management with data‑driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Manage and coach a small team within the finance department.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial processes to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing actionable financial analysis and business recommendations.

• Proven experience in controlling and treasury within an international company (ideally retail or fashion).
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, liquidity management, and forecasting.
• Excellent command of accounting principles (Swiss GAAP / IFRS a plus).
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP).
• Fluent in English (German or French a plus).
