Finance Assistant - Student

Join our Finance team in Basel as a Finance Assistant, where you will play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Financial Accountant to support day‑to‑day finance tasks in a precise and efficient environment.

This role requires working fully on‑site.

• Process various types of payments.
• Book all payments issued with precision and timeliness.
• Organise payment runs.
• Reconcile bank accounts in multiple currencies on a weekly basis.
• Support the Financial Accountant with daily tasks.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports for the Finance Operations Manager.

• Student status – currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution.
• Fluent in English (C1);
  German (C1) also required.
• Confident use of MS Office and digital tools for document management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, team‑ and service‑oriented mindset.

• Salary: CHF 25.00 per hour (gross)
