Join our Finance team in Basel as a Finance Assistant, where you will play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Financial Accountant to support day-to‑day finance tasks, collaborating within a team that values precision, efficiency, and a strong attention to detail.
As part of our commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment, this role requires working fully on‑site.
Tasks & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities- Handle the processing of various types of payments.
- Precise and timely booking of all payments issued.
- Organize payment runs.
- Reconcile bank accounts in various currencies weekly.
- Support the Financial Accountant in daily tasks.
- Professional interaction with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Ad‑hoc reports for the Finance Operations Manager.
- You will communicate primarily in English, our corporate language.
- Student Status:
Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution. - Language
Skills:
Fluent in English (C1);
German (C1) is also required. - Technical
Skills:
Confident use of MS Office and digital tools for document management. - Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills, keen attention to detail and a proactive, team and service‑oriented mindset.
- Salary: CHF 25.00 per hour (gross)
