Tasks / Responsibilities
- Dishwashing of china and maintenance of all galley equipment and tools
- Daily cleaning of wash area and all galley sections
- Active assistance with preparation works
- Implementation of our quality standards in the galley
- Compliance with HACCP requirements and labeling
- Active support with deliveries and loadings
Requirements
- Completed school or training
- Experience in a comparable position
- High sense for cleanliness and hygiene
- Knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley
- Good communication skills in English and/or German
- Excellent teamwork and discipline
