Aufgaben
- Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Gäste als erste Ansprechperson am Empfang
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs vom Check-in bis zum Check-out
- Kommunikation und Koordination mit allen Abteilungen zur optimalen Gästebetreuung
- Verantwortung für die Kassenführung und korrekte Abrechnung am Front Office
- Erfüllung individueller Gästewünsche mit Engagement, Aufmerksamkeit und Serviceorientierung
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Quereinsteiger mit Begeisterung für den Gästeservice
- Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Gästen ein echtes Willkommen-Gefühl zu vermitteln
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die tägliche Kommunikation mit internationalen Gästen
- Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu meistern – auch in stressigen Situationen
