Position: Head Chef – Lead World-Cuisine & Team Innovation

Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois im Herzen von Basel sucht eine/n Head Chef (m/w/d) zur Leitung der Küchenbrigade. Sie tragen Verantwortung für operativen Küchenbetrieb, Weiterentwicklung des Konzepts und hohe Qualitätsstandards in einer luxushotellerie-täglich gelebten Weltküche.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, kreative Impulse und Deutsch/Englischkenntnisse mit. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil;
Arbeitsort ist in Basel, mit attraktivem Mitarbeiterangebot.
