Unternehmensauskunft is seeking a Receptionist (f/m/d) for our river cruise team. You will manage front desk tasks, guest queries, and standard hotel procedures aboard ships visiting international ports.
Fluent English is required, hospitality or onboard cruise experience is preferred, and you must work well in a multilingual crew. You’ll use the hotel EDP-system and maintain confidentiality while delivering warm, professional service.
