Die BÂLE HOTELS GROUP sucht am Standort Basel eine Empfangsperson/einen Empfangsmitarbeiter im unbefristeten Vollzeit-Vertrag (100%). Der Start ist am 01.11.2026 vorgesehen.
Sie betreuen Gäste vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out, führen Concierge-Aufgaben aus, verkaufen aktiv Zusatzleistungen und übernehmen Telefon- sowie Reservierungsaufgaben. Sie verfügen über eine Hotellerie-Ausbildung, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, gute Französischkenntnisse und ideal Opera-Kenntnisse.
