We are looking for a Diet Cook 100% (m/f/d) Your area of responsibility

• Management of the assigned station in the diet kitchen
• Mise en place at the respective station with a focus on preparing menu components for diet types, nutritional therapy and special diets
• When planning and developing new, trendy dishes, you actively contribute your creative ideas to continually delight our guests
• You actively assist in all kitchen areas
• You support your colleagues in the hot or cold kitchen and participate in product presentation
• You also support each other with general tidying and cleaning tasks
• Working days:
  You work in a 7-day clinic operation in early or late shift, depending on the duty roster

• You have completed training as a Diet Cook EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You bring initial professional experience, ideally having gained several years of experience in a large kitchen
• Passion for culinary arts, high quality standards and attention to detail
• You are a team-oriented personality who takes responsibility and keeps an overview even in hectic moments
• You have good German language skills in spoken and written form. Additional language skills in English or French are an advantage
