As part of our dedicated front office team, you will play a key role in providing our guests with a special, personal experience – from first contact to departure.

• Welcoming, attending to and bidding farewell to our guests with professionalism and natural friendliness
• Ensuring smooth operations at the front office including check-in/check-out
• Coordination with other departments such as housekeeping, service and technical support
• Supporting and taking on administrative tasks
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance in guest service
• Training and onboarding new team members
• Contributing ideas to further develop our service culture

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or tourism
• At least 2 years of professional experience at reception, ideally in city hotels or upscale hospitality
• Strong guest orientation, high social competence and a polished, confident appearance
• Organisational skills and personal responsibility – you keep an overview even in hectic moments
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (additional languages advantageous)
• Proficient use of hotel software (ideally Protel) and common MS Office applications
