Aufgaben:

Sach- und fachgerechter Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Einrichtungen
Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Reinigungsvorschriften
Fachliche Anleitung an Köche, Hilfsköche, Hilfskräfte
Kontrolle der angelieferten Lebensmittel auf Menge, Qualität und Temperatur

Profil:

Abschluss Koch EFZ
gute Umgangsformen, gepflegtes Äusseres
selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Interesse am Beruf und die Bereitschaft, das spezifische

Fachwissen zu erweitern
gute Belastbarkeit
