Erforderlich sind ein Hochschulabschluss im HR-Bereich oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung, mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
