Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erfassung und Pflege von Personal- und Lohnmutationen im SAP
- Du betreust, kontrollierst und wertest die Zeiterfassung aus
- Du übernimmst vielseitige administrative HR-Aufgaben (Bestätigungen, Auswertungen, Reports)
- Du bist erste Anlaufstelle (1st Level) für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei HR- und Payroll-Fragen
- Du wirkst aktiv an Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten im HR mit
- Du berichtest direkt an den HR Leiter Schweiz
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit HR-spezifischer Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Payroll und in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Word
- SAP-Erfahrung von grossem Vorteil
- Du arbeitest präzise, effizient und zuverlässig, hast Zahlenflair und eine rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine analytische Denkweise
- Du kommunizierst klar, serviceorientiert und schätzt den Kontakt mit Menschen
