- Create professional and sales‑oriented candidate profiles.
- Take initial inquiries and manage the dossier.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Provide feedback to candidates (fair, honest & human).
- Manage reports for temporary employees.
- Completed KV training (WMS) or on the way to being a Kaufmann/-frau EFZ (or student BBA, HR Management). Minimum requirement: obtaining a Baccalaureate or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in German, French and/or English. Additional languages are a bonus.
- IT‑affine, comfortable with tools and AI.
- Independent, structured, with real drive.
- Shows initiative, appetite for learning and teamwork.
