HR Intern

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• First practical experience in HR, administration, recruiting, or a similar area is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented with a hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is a plus

• Support daily HR operations and provide administrativeassistanceacross the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
• Support HR processes such as contract preparation, employee data management, reporting, and HR system updates
• Support monthly payroll preparation byassistingwith payroll-related administration, data collection, and coordination
• Assistin the preparation of HR documents, presentations, and internal communications
• Support the organization and coordination of employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and HR projects
• Collaborate with local and global HR teams on various initiatives and process improvements
