Universitätsspital Basel (USB) sucht eine administrative Unterstützung im HR-Bereich zur Bearbeitung von Post, Dokumenten und Dossiers am Campus Basel. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem HR-Payroll-Team zusammen und unterstützen bei Monatsabschlüssen sowie Kontrollen.
Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit, sind Wiedereinstieg geeignet und verfügen über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, weitere Sprachen sind willkommen.
