Medartis AG seeks a Learning Administrator (100%) to support global Learning & Development. You will manage LMS course administration, plan online and in-person trainings, and develop learning paths while ensuring GxP compliance and audit readiness.
The role requires a Bachelor's in business/HR or related field, MS Office proficiency, and experience with LMS systems (prefer SAP Success Factors). Fluency in English with knowledge of German a plus, in Basel, Switzerland.
