Viking River Cruises Basel seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead shipboard HR operations across all departments, reporting to the Captain. You will drive employee relations, training, coaching, and governance of quality of life aboard the vessel.
Responsibilities include enforcing STAR Service Standard, resolving disputes, managing attendance, and coordinating with shoreside HR. Shipboard experience is preferred;
English fluency is essential for communication and leadership.
