Eine öffentliche Institution in Basel-Stadt sucht einen Abteilungsleiter für die Einsatzzentrale. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die personelle, fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Ressorts und dessen strategische Weiterentwicklung. Der ideale Kandidat bringt mindestens 15 Jahre Erfahrung in der Polizei mit, davon 6 Jahre in einer Führungsfunktion. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit sind unerlässlich. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.
