Job Description & How to Apply Below

Revolution Medicines is a clinical‑stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS‑addicted cancers. Our R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors and RAS Companion Inhibitors designed to suppress oncogenic variants of RAS proteins and enable combination treatment strategies.

As we prepare for the launch of new therapies and continued expansion across Europe, we are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Compliance – Europe to play a critical leadership role within our Legal & Compliance function.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned European healthcare compliance leader to design, lead and embed a robust regional compliance framework for a fast‑growing, science‑driven oncology company. Reporting into Global Compliance and working closely with senior Commercial, Medical, Clinical Development, Legal, Finance, and HR leadership, the role will support both current operations and future product launches across Europe — while actively shaping a culture of compliance and integrity.

The successful candidate will serve as the European Compliance lead, represent Compliance on the European Leadership Team, and collaborate closely with U.S. colleagues to implement global initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the continuous development and execution of Healthcare Compliance Programs across Europe, aligned with Rev Med’s global compliance strategy, OIG Guidance, applicable industry codes, and best practices
  • Represent Compliance as the European Compliance lead on the European Leadership Team
  • Partner cross‑regionally to implement global compliance initiatives in Europe
  • Provide compliance leadership and oversight for Commercial and Medical activities, including:
    • Grants and sponsor ships
    • Speaker programs
    • Advisory boards
    • Interactions with HCPs, HCOs, governments, and patient advocacy groups
  • Establish and chair the European Compliance Committee, providing regular reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Support risk assessments, monitoring, auditing, and internal reviews, and contribute to the resolution of investigations and remediation plans
  • Build, develop, and manage the European Compliance team, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and scalable operating models
  • Oversee compliance training programmes for employees and designated third parties
  • Proactively monitor legal, regulatory, and industry developments impacting European compliance
Experience & Qualifications
  • 12+ years’ relevant experience in healthcare compliance, including in‑house pharmaceutical experience
  • Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) required
  • Strong track record of building and leading regional compliance frameworks
  • Extensive experience supporting the development, approval, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in Europe
  • Deep knowledge of European healthcare laws, transparency requirements, and industry codes
  • Proven ability to apply risk‑based, pragmatic compliance solutions in a matrixed organization
  • Experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders across functions
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European language strongly preferred

Competitive base salary, bonus, and benefits package.
