- Development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies in coordination with management
- Accountability for sales and budget targets
- Management of national and international key accounts
- Lead and coach the sales and marketing organisation including retail sales, B2B sales, marketing and product management

- External representation of the company in consultation with the CEO
