Das BSB – Bürgerspital Basel sucht per 01.05.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Co-Leitung als Wohnbereichsleiter/in (80–100 %) für das Pflegezentrum Burgfelderhof. In dieser Rolle leiten Sie ein Team und fördern eine personenzentrierte Betreuung sowie eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre.
Wir erwarten eine erfahrene Pflegefachperson HF oder gleichwertige Ausbildung, ergänzt durch eine Führungsweiterbildung und idealerweise Führungserfahrung. Diese Position bietet eine erfüllende Aufgabe in einem spannenden Arbeitsumfeld mit attraktiven Anstellungsbedingungen.
