Gewerbeverband Basel-Stadt sucht eine/n Mandatsleiter/-in (80-100%) zur operativen Leitung mehrerer Mandate im Baunebengewerbe. In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie Prozesse zwischen Verbänden, Sozialpartnern und paritätischen Kommissionen aktiv mit.
Erforderlich sind eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung. Sie arbeiten strukturiert und lösungsorientiert in einem professionellen Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und optimaler Unterstützung.
