Position: RWX Global Head of Supplier Relationship Management (d/f/m) - Temporary 24-month contract

Job Description

Global Head of Supplier Relationship Management for the RWX transition of facility service provider in Sandoz. Responsible for strategic planning, execution, and governance of supplier relationships, acting as main contact for the organization and developing future supplier strategy with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for management of facility service providers.
  • Develop and implement strategic framework for future facility management supplier setup.
  • Lead planning and execution of transition program to a new global service provider, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Evaluate and model scenarios for partial in sourcing and transition from single to multiple service provider model.
  • Simplify and standardize contractual structures for clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish and maintain a centralized internal data room and dashboard to monitor supplier performance.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in corporate real estate/facilities, including leadership roles in regional or global settings.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing cross-border teams.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in procurement strategy, workplace trends, and real estate economics.
  • Experience managing complex outsourcing deals, projects, and service provider relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to develop and manage budgets and business cases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with governance frameworks and risk management.
