jobcourier.ch sucht eine engagierte Stationsleitung (80-100%) für ein Alters- und Pflegeheim in der Region Basel. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in der Führung und Entwicklung eines Pflegeteams von ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden in einer modernen Einrichtung mit rund 30 Betten.
Sie sollten eine abgeschlossene Pflegeausbildung und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mitbringen, idealerweise auch Spitex-Erfahrung. Die Position bietet vielseitige Aufgaben und die Möglichkeit zur aktiven Mitgestaltung.
