Adecco Schweiz sucht eine engagierte Stationsleitung (80–100%) für ein modernes Alters- und Pflegeheim in der Region Basel. Sie führen eine Pflegestation mit ca. 30 Betten sowie die interne Spitex und tragen Verantwortung für eine hochwertige, bewohnerorientierte Betreuung.
Sie leiten ca. 20 Mitarbeitende, planen Dienste, setzen Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards um und begleiten Lernende. Deutschkenntnisse, Führungserfahrung und Empathie sind zentral; RAI-Erfahrung von Vorteil.
