Roche is seeking a Strategy Deployment Manager to partner with Pharma Technical (PT) and PTM Leadership, translating vision into actionable roadmaps and ensuring site-level execution. You will oversee new capabilities, PPQs, and risk mitigation to deliver on time and within budget.
With 10+ years in biotech/pharma manufacturing, you will lead cross-functional strategy, roadmap governance, and risk management while driving Lean and digital approaches. Travel up to 30% is required.
