Genossenschaft Migros Basel sucht eine stellvertretende Leitung unserer Hausbäckerei. Sie übernehmen die operative Führung des Teams, sichern hochwertige Backwaren, effiziente Abläufe und eine wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit.
Sie sind Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, entwickeln Prozesse, Qualität und Teamkultur weiter und übernehmen die Stellvertretung der Leitung. Die Einsätze erfolgen montags bis samstags, gelegentlich auch sonntags.
