Role: Branch Director
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Branch Director to lead our market expansion and operations in this region. You will be responsible for building high‑performing teams, establishing key corporate partnerships, and driving business growth in accordance with Assetara Limited’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Lead local operations, manage budgets, and define growth strategies.
- Partnership Development: Acquire institutional partners and manage B2B relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure all local operations adhere to Company policy and legal requirements.
- Team Management: Mentor and develop the regional team to meet aggressive targets.
- Proven experience in business leadership, general management, or senior B2B sales.
- Strong network in the local financial or tech sector.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on compliance and sustainable growth.
- Fluent in local language and professional English.
