Position Summary

Ready to take the lead on high-profile aviation projects? We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager Production & Installation (PRIN) to drive complex aircraft completions, refurbishment, and research projects. In this role, you’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless execution of production and installation tasks while managing workflow, schedules, costs, and risks.

Your mission

Own the PRIN project scope :
Coordinate all related PRIN related activities, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
Manage additional work requests :
Assess technical, financial, and scheduling impacts.
Coordinate cross-functional teams :
Improve communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
Serve as primary liaison for the internal Project Manager :
Oversee all PRIN related communication and interfaces while advocating for PRIN department interests with general management, production, and central functions
Optimize workflow, efficiency, and risk management across projects.
Organize and lead project meetings:
Ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
Manage subcontracting efforts: O versee external work to maintain quality and efficiency.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Project management expertise (PMP certification preferred.
Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA and/or FAA).
Fluent in English (German and/or French is an advantage).
Proven expertise in managing complex production and installation projects in the aviation industry.
Ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Experience handling high-profile projects while managing risks, costs, and schedules effectively.
Excellent communication skills for working in an international setting.
