Sternenhof in Basel sucht eine Wohnbereichsleitung (80–100%) in der Vogesenstrasse. Sie führen ein ca.14-köpfiges Team, betreuen circa 20 Bewohnende mit psychischen Erkrankungen und gestalten ein sicheres, strukturiertes Umfeld zur Steigerung der Lebensqualität.
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Pflegefachausbildung HF/FH, Erfahrung in der Betreuung psychisch Erkrankter sowie ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten mit. Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit wird erwartet.
