Gastrag AG in der Schweiz sucht eine:n Operations Manager (m/w/d) 100% mit Führungsverantwortung für mehrere Gastronomie-Betriebe. Du bewegst dich vor Ort in verschiedenen Deutschschweizer Städten und trägst Budgetverantwortung, entwickelst Angebote und setzt Standards durch.
Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, Unternehmerisches Denken und eine starke Ergebnisorientierung mit. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Englisch von Vorteil) runden dein Profil ab.
