Cabin Installation Team Lead - Business Jets Completions

Position Summary

This position is responsible for building interiors at Jet Aviation that are not just assembled, but thoughtfully crafted into aircraft cabins that are as functional as they are elegant, ensuring every journey is a masterpiece of comfort and style. • Daily leadership & team management
• Conduct daily morning meetings with the team to define priorities and plan daily tasks.
• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 5–10 technicians working on aircraft cabin projects, and control their daily timesheet
• Estimate and plan manpower needs in advance; align resources with project demands.

• Oversee cabin installation and define removal and reinstallation sequences on assigned aircraft.
• Monitor the various shops involved in the modifications, maintenance and refurbishment
• Liaise closely with Engineering to resolve issues, clarify drawings, or handle discrepancies.
• Participate in aircraft meetings to track progress and align with project milestones.

• Open defect reports and ensure timely ordering of necessary parts
• Follow procedures as per PR, CMM, OMM, AMM; ensure accurate closure in SAP, and coordination with Certifying staff.
• Monitor budget and schedule adherence, ensuring delivery on time and within scopeg

• Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching and coordinating teams.
• Proven background in aviation, with in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance standards.
• Project management experience, including budget control and timeline tracking.
• Proficient in reading and working with CMM, AMM, OMM, engineering drawings, and PR documentation.
• Confident using SAP
• Fluent in English;
  German and/or French are a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
