Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview

Manpower is a leading workforce solutions provider. On behalf of one of our international clients, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist. The role is part of a global marketing organization and works closely with international stakeholders across multiple regions.

• Define and manage global brand strategies for the Weed Control portfolio
• Lead brand positioning and value propositions for New Product Introductions
• Work closely with Marketing, R and D, Technical, Regulatory, and Regional teams
• Ensure global brand guidelines and messaging are applied consistently across markets
• Manage the global brand budget and monitor performance
• Translate technical and scientific product information into clear brand messages
• Track brand performance and recommend improvements

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Several years of experience in brand management or marketing in crop protection, agriculture technology, chemicals, or a comparable technical B2B environment
• Experience with global or regional brand strategies and product launches
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Structured, hands-on working style and ability to work under time pressure
• Fluent in English
