The OpportunityReporting to the Head of Diagnostics Communications EMEA-LATAM, with a strong dotted-line to the Heads of Diagnostics Europe Subregions 1 (South East) and 2 (North West), you serve as a strategic communications leader, shaping and driving communication strategies that influence business outcomes at regional and global levels. You play a pivotal role in aligning communications across Diagnostics and Pharma divisions by connecting enterprise priorities with regional execution.
You collaborate closely with global Communications partners, affiliate communicators, regional leadership teams, Networks and Chapters to design, implement and scale targeted communications strategies that support business transformation, enhance reputation, and engage critical stakeholders — both internal and external — across European markets.
You also lead and advise on strategic communications projects, supporting business priorities and leadership engagement, as well as affiliate enablement across the region, while ensuring alignment with Group and Global Communications.
Key Responsibilities- Proven experience leading strategic, enterprise-level communications and public affairs programs across multiple markets or regions, ideally in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
