Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Pflege von Spender:innen- und Förderbeziehungen (inkl. Reporting-Aufgaben)
- Recherche und Beantragung von Fördermitteln bei Stiftungen und Förderinstitutionen (inkl. Verfassen von Förderanträgen)
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Spenden-CRM (inkl. Datenqualität, Auswertungen, Reports)
- Enge Koordination mit dem Kampagnen-Team zur Entwicklung einer abgestimmten Spendenansprache
- Monitoring von Kennzahlen, Budgetplanung und Erfolgsauswertung
- Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Strukturen
- Mitarbeit an der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung einer nachhaltigen Finanz-Strategie
