Senior Sales Consultant (m/f/d) in Basel.

• Expand Your Portfolio: you will be in charge of managing and growing your dedicated market sector/industry.
• Forge Lasting Relationships: build your client database by establishing strong connections with key contacts within your geographical area.
• Anticipate Needs: plan follow-up conversations with clients and prospects to proactively anticipate their staffing plans and candidate requirements.
• Strategic Partner: collaborate with future clients to develop their recruitment strategies and expand your influence within their organizations.
• The Right Talent, The Right Place: actively support both companies and candidates in finding the perfect match.

• Degree or professional qualification, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Strong commercial acumen focused on sales and results, with a genuine ambition to perform and persevere.
• You have a talent for organization and excellent networking skills.
• Your capacity for influence and analysis allows you to successfully penetrate specific markets.
• You hold a valid driver's license.
