Commercial Co-Founder – Biopharma SaaS & AI Platforms

About the Opportunity

Helvetia Tech Solutions is building two next-generation AI-powered platforms for the biopharmaceutical industry:

• Bio Xion – AI-powered Development Intelligence Platform for biopharma companies and CDMOs
• FormulytiX – AI-powered Formulation Intelligence Platform for biologics, vaccines and complex molecules.

We are seeking a hands‑on Commercial Co‑Founder to help drive commercial traction, pilot customer acquisition, strategic partnerships and future fundraising activities.

• Secure pilot customers and Letters of Intent (LOIs)
• Develop relationships with biotech, pharma, CDMO and CRO stakeholders
• Build and manage the commercial pipeline
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships
• Support fundraising and investor outreach activities
• Help shape go‑to‑market and commercialisation strategies
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events and customer meetings
• Work closely with the Founder to transform validated market opportunities into commercial growth

• Proven experience in business development, commercialisation, strategic partnerships or corporate development within biotech, pharma, CDMO, CRO, digital health or life sciences
• Strong network within the biopharma ecosystem
• Ability to open doors and create commercial opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build from an early‑stage environment
• Comfortable working in uncertainty and helping shape strategy while executing day‑to‑day business development activities
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

• Experience with AI, software, SaaS or digital health products
• Fundraising or investor relations experience
• Existing relationships with biotech executives, investors, CDMOs or industry consultants
• Ability and interest to invest alongside an operational role

This is an equity‑based co‑founder opportunity.
