jobcourier.ch sucht für einen dynamischen Kunden einen Sachbearbeiter für den Verkaufsinnendienst am Standort Basel. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Aussendienst zusammen, erstellen Angebote und Auftragsbestätigungen und wickeln Bestellungen bis zur Auslieferung und Fakturierung eigenständig ab.
Sie klären technische Sonderoptionen in Abstimmung mit Werken und Aussendienst, passen Kundendaten im ERP-System an und bearbeiten Reklamationen.
