Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Calculate sales commissions while leading initiatives to automate and streamline the commission process.
• Oversee the accuracy of sales forecasts by collaborating closely with the sales team.
• Ensure CRM data integrity through regular audits and maintenance.
• Create and update CRM reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility into performance metrics.
• Act as a champion for sales tools by updating user documentation and conducting training sessions.
• Address inquiries from the sales team and other functions regarding tools and processes.
• Test new CRM functionalities before deployment.

• A relevant university degree in Economics, Finance, or related.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in calculating and managing sales commission processes.
• Proficiency in working with numbers, reports, and sales analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluent in English.
