ISS Schweiz sucht eine gelernte Fachkraft für Gebäudetechnik, die Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär und Elektro überwacht und steuert. Sie führen Inspektionsrundgänge durch, dokumentieren Mängel und planen notwendige Massnahmen zur Mängelbehebung.
Zudem erstellen Sie Objektunterlagen, führen Störunganalysen durch und holen Angebote von Drittanbietern ein. Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Lehre im Technikum mit, verfügen idealerweise über eine NIV-Art.
