Senior Vehicle Technician

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Senior Vehicle Technician on behalf of our reputable client in Basildon, Essex. • Competitive basic salary of £37,200, with potential to earn up to £47,000 OTE
• Lucrative earning potential; upper quartile Senior Vehicle Technicians can earn over £69,000 annually
• Full-time employment with a 46.33-hour working week (Monday to Friday)

• Conduct comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of a wide range of motor vehicles
• Perform MOT tests in accordance with legal and safety standards
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Ensure all work meets high quality and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
• Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in automotive repair and diagnostics

• Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Proven experience in vehicle inspection, repair, and servicing
• MOT Tester qualification is highly advantageous
• Strong technical skills, proactive attitude, and attention to detail
