Bodyshop MET Technician/Strip & Fitter

Pay: £25,000.00 - £40,000.00 per year

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.30pm

1 in 3 Saturdays

Toomey Motor Group Limited are currently looking to add a skilled & experienced MET Technician / Stripper & Fitter in Basildon Essex.

We are looking for an experienced and highly efficient individual, As all work must be completed to the required standard first time. You will be a team player, Capable of managing your own workload, and must have your own tools and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a MET Technician / Stripper & Fitter (this is not essential).

The successful candidate will be required to carry out all types of vehicle body repairs, using appropriate methods on all makes of vehicles.

• Be a very experienced MET Technician / Stripper & Fitter
• Ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a MET Technician / Stripper & Fitter
• Perform all aspects of Body fitting to a very high standard
• Be experienced with Mechanical repairs
• Have your own tools
• Be able to manage your own workload
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Responsibility for cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the MET area
• Hold a full UK driving licence
