YMCA Fairthorne Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Practitioner to support children with additional needs across the nursery. You will observe children, identify those needing extra support, and develop individual education plans.
You will coach nursery teams, embed high standards of care, contribute to the improvement plan, and may deputise for the Nursery Manager. This role is frontline, with time spent with staff and children.
