As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll:
Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional childcare.
Plan exciting learning experiences through our Bee Curious curriculum.
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children thrive.
Support and celebrate children's development and achievements.
Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Act as a Key Person, supporting children's individual care and development.
Champion safeguarding and maintain high standards across your room.
Have the passion and potential to lead? We'd love to meet you!
Recognised Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years or Childcare.
Experience working in an early years setting.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage, but ambitious Nursery Practitioners ready to progress are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
