Nala Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and supportive nursery setting who are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and motivated Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children and helping them develop, learn and thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high‑quality care and education for children, supporting their development through engaging activities and positive interactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
• Supporting children’s learning and development through age‑appropriate activities
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities based around children’s interests and development
• Observing and recording children’s progress and contributing to their individual learning journeys
• Ensuring children’s health, safety and wellbeing are maintained at all times
• Supporting children with their personal care needs where required
• Working effectively as part of a wider nursery team
• Following the nursery’s policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements
• Creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported

• Reliable, responsible and committed to providing high‑quality care
• Able to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Confident in creating fun and engaging learning experiences

A relevant Early Years qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare is required.
