Job Overview

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join the restaurant team at Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa. The role requires experience working in a quality food & beverage outlet, a passion for customer excellence, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a flair for hospitality.

• Provide high‑quality service to guests in a quality food & beverage outlet.
• Deliver excellent hospitality and communication with customers.
• Assist with seating, menu recommendations, and service delivery.
