Salary: £28,500 + Service Charge (£6,000‑£8,000 per year, post probation)
We are working with a luxury hotel near Basingstoke that values farm‑to‑fork ethics and locally grown ingredients.
Responsibilities- Work alongside a talented team to prepare for service.
- Cook overfire, showcasing the estate's produce.
- Support the kitchen with daily operations while adhering to the hotel’s sustainability standards.
