Due to growing demand from our clients, we are actively recruiting experienced chefs to join our expanding temporary workforce across Hampshire and the surrounding regions.

Whether you're looking for regular full-time temporary work, occasional shifts to fit around other commitments, or a way to boost your income, we have a variety of assignments available with immediate starts.

Prep Chef
Commis Chef
Chef de Partie (CDP)
Sous Chef
Head Chef
Chef Manager

Pay Rates

From £16.00 per hour
Up to £20.00+ per hour depending on experience, role, and location
Enhanced weekend rates may be available on selected bookings

Sectors We Support

We supply chefs to a broad range of sites and catering environments, including:

Schools and Educational Settings
Care Homes
Contract Catering
Events and Hospitality Venues
Business & Industry (B&I) Sites
Military and Defence Establishments
Commercial and Corporate Kitchens Previous experience within military, defence, or Business & Industry environments is advantageous. However, chefs who are interested in gaining experience within these sectors are also encouraged to apply.

DBS & Clearance Requirements

We regularly recruit for assignments requiring various levels of clearance, including:

Non-DBS Roles
Standard DBS Positions
Enhanced DBS (Adults)
Enhanced DBS (Children)
Candidates with a current DBS certificate, particularly those registered with the DBS Update Service, are highly sought after.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment
A reliable, flexible, and professional approach
Ability to perform well under pressure in busy kitchens
Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
Strong team-working and communication skills
Own transport is beneficial but not essential
